The room smell like dog poop. It was clean, but the smell was unbearable. Had to ask for a different room. The new room was ok, except that there were empty water bottles under the dining table. The wall were thin and you can hear everything from the neighbors and outside.

Almost everything about this stay was excellent. Location was nice, it was quiet, breakfast was good. All was great except the sofa-bed and chair in the sitting room. They definitely are ready to be replaced. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great stay for our family. Affordable and comfortable. The building is older, which meant the room was on the small side and the bathroom tile was dated, but there was a cute balcony, comfortable beds and modern amenities. Breakfast was great and the location next to the lake was beautiful. The area is quiet and scenic. Everything you need is close or just a short drive away. We would stay here again.

This place is very old and sketchy. We can hear everything from the next suite. However, all the staffs are nice.

Really clean property! Stayed here for 5 days on a vacation. Housekeeping did a really nice job changing towels and all. Nice hot tub and sauna with decent breakfast. A little dated but not bad at all!

Front desk staff was not friendly at all. Also Expedia described the room as lake view and we were put in the basement. I was told Expedia lies. The room was 75degrees (way too hot!) and the thermostat did not work. Thank goodness we could open the windows.

The only thing lacking was not the hotel's fault; no Arapahoe Cafe. Still, bustop to Keystone is close, hotel is clean & comfortable, good breakfast

A quiet area overlooking Lake Dillon. An older facility but well taken care of. Rooms are large,clean and up to date. Convenient location. Have stayed here before while skiing. Good breakfast with choices.

The front desk was very rude and unaccomdating when we arrived. I had contacted the hotel to request a change to 2 x queen rooms weeks prior and was assured this was noted and would be accommodated. Arrived to a room with 1 king. We asked for a roll away bed and were met with attitude and eye rolls for making the request. I didn’t expect to pay extra for both a cot and the attitude.

Certainly. The establishment provides affordable accommodations, albeit with a somewhat dated ambiance. Despite this, the rooms are notably clean. The television sets are outdated, offering only basic cable channels, lacking Smart TV capabilities. Nevertheless, considering the price point, the establishment merits a five-star rating. It is reasonable to expect that management is contemplating upgrades to remain competitive in the surrounding market.

I didn't like the price.. inflated for ski season, which is understandable - but I don't have to like it. 4-stars because of price and the room was too hot (thermostat made no difference), however it was clean and I would certainly stay here again.

The heat was preset at 72 which made it uncomfortable for sleeping. The beds we to soft/sagging in the middle. Other then that we were very happy with the room, service and breakfast.
