Tastefully decorated and comfortable, this house is not set up with just rentals in mind but as a real home. The kitchen had everything you would expect as well as little extras like a Nespresso machine, a blender and a fridge with an ice maker. As we have to keep in touch with work during holidays wifi is essential and we were very happy to find that the reach extended well into the garden! The location of the house is excellent for sight seeing being a 5 minute easy drive from the charming town of St Remy de Provence and 20 minutes from Arles, Avignon and Les Baux de Provence. The children also loved the castle 15 mins away at Tarascon. The village of Maillane has a couple of grocery stores, a pharmacy, two bakeries, a cafe and two restaurants at an easy 5 minute walk. As for the very pretty garden, the kids spent hours in the pool which was heated and saline rather than chlorinated. The lawn was also great for playing badminton. Finally, the lovely owners made us very welcome when we arrived late, hungry and tired greeting us with a bottle of champagne and a generous spread of bread, cheese and charcuterie. Enough for breakfast the following morning! Die Fotos und Angaben des Mietobjekts auf der Plattform FEWO übereinstimmten in eklatanter Weise nicht mit der tatsächlichen Situation vor Ort. Laut Vermieter sind fehlerhafte Angaben (Anzahl der Badezimmer und Schlafgelegenheiten) auf einen angeblichen Fehler seitens FEWO zurückzuführen. Sämtliche Mängel mit Fotos wurden FEWO während unseren ersten Urlaubstagen, in mehreren Schreiben mitgeteilt. Eines der grössten Probleme sind die Wasserzufuhr, die Unsauberkeit und Unordnung. ##### Henri K. Auch der geheizte Pool ist super, die beiden Essplätze draussen und die Mauern rund ums Grundstück, auf dem der Hund so gesichert herumtollen konnte. A l'intérieur aussi, les espaces sont plaisants et bien pensés, et la proximité avec Maillane, alors que la propriété est parfaitement calme, est un vrai plus pour aller faire trois courses. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le calme et le magnifique jardin bien entretenu, la piscine toujours à bonne température ( chauffée ) et nettoyée ou remplie tous les jours. L'intérieur également très chaleureux, les nuits calmes et reposantes. M. Begarie a été là chaque fois que nous avons eu besoin de lui. La propriété est conforme aux images sur le site. Stayed 5 nights in Mar 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### michael R. 17 Feb 2019 #### EXCELLENT HOME AND SITUATION. A beautiful home and exquisite garden and swimming pool in total privacy. Unfortunately at this time of the year we were unable to use the facility of the pool. The house is very well furnished with very nice seating and dinning accommodation and 3 very comfortable bedrooms one having an en-suite with jacuzzi bath. There is an additional shower with multi jets on the first floor. The kitchen and utility room are very well fitted with china, glasses, cutlery and many electrical kitchen appliances. We were very lucky with the weather on our stay and fortunately we could eat on either of the 2 beautiful terraces as well as we could relax in the very private garden. We would like to thank Karim and Jean-Luc for the welcome and introduction to Le Mazet de Maillane with local produces and a very welcome bottle of champagne. We had a most enjoyable stay and we are seriously hoping to return later in the year to enjoy more of the garden and the pool. Thank you very much. Michael Richardson and Partner. ##### michael R. Der Pool war stets geheizt; obwohl das Wetter im Mai recht wechselhaft mit einigen heftigen Schauern war, konnte man immer baden. Die Innendekoration - der Besitzer ist Profi auf diesem Gebiet - ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll mit harmonischen Farben; die Jacuzzi-Badewanne ein Genuss, ebenso wie die Regendusche. Ein Ort zum Träumen und Ausspannen, mit fast unendlich vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in einer der schönsten Gegenden Südfrankreichs. ##### Ursula S.
