"Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and noise from outside was minimal, even being in the core of downtown and right next to the border crossing. Beds wete comfortable, and the only issue was blinds would not close so early morning sun for wakeup. Parking is meh. It is onsite, and the regular rooftop parking is fine if you can get a spot. The underground parking should have notices to keep left. The signage pointing to the hotel implies you would want to park to the right, however parking is extremely limited and very tricky to get out of with a large vehicle if full. Will stay again if coming back to the area."

"This is a place that could use a facelift but the rooms were clean, bed comfy and showers that worked perfectly. The outdoor pool was clean and well kept. If you’re looking for 5 star this is not for you , if you want an affordable place to spend the night this is your place. Would stay again."

"We stayed one night. The room was very large, with a full kitchen. Everything was very clean and beds were comfy. Staff were all very friendly. The pool is small but also very clean. Full buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious! There are restaurants and shopping in the area and it is a short drive into Windsor. Definitely will stay here again if I'm in the area."
