I love this place only thing this time when u got there my room was not available they had over booked and they gave me a downgrade to what i had booked and paid for spoke to management and they said they will get back to me and they never did

The balcony on the ocean, water views, the excellent room service and restaurant, and respectful and personalized butler services always make the Mandarin Orientals a step above the rest of the 5-star hotels. And this massage and 2hr skin, facial, and hand and feet treatments were spectacular here, listening to the waves, cooling A/C and tranquil music = pure ecstasy.
