The staff was very helpful from checking in to helping with arrangements for taxis. The rooms were clean and location was central to all the attractions. The breakfast is too costly for what is offered.

Excellent view, Beautiful black sand beach had quite a bit of trash on it, Food was ok, pool definitely needs repair but was functional, Faucet in bathroom was completely loose from the sink the flush button on the toilet was broken Lots of chickens crowing very early in the am There was a used condom in the couch. Staff was friendly Over all I would not recommend staying here until upgrades are made. The property appears underfunded for repairs and maintenance

Clean room, great direct ocean view, friendly and accommodating staff.

Enjoyed our stay. We were only there for a layover before our cruise so we didn’t really use the amenities other than the fitness room (had all that I needed to get a good full body weight workout done), and the Algortherm Spa (we had a couples massage -well done-and used the steam room there. The resort needs a little bit of a makeover. Honestly, if they just spruced up all the hallways that are brown/off-white with some brighter colors, I think that would do wonders. The staff experience was phenomenal. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. Friendly and attentive staff is what truly makes a resort wonderful, regardless if it needs a little refreshening.
