"We had an absolutely awesome stay at Fountain Mahabaleshwar! The hospitality was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. We were also invited to join the evening tea, a lovely gesture that made us feel truly valued and well taken care of. The service, ambience, and overall experience were excellent. "We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. My sister had to have her room changed because their toilet was broken and the sink wasn't clean when they checked in. The newer rooms seem to be much better. Spa was good to relax, staff was...
