Had an issue with the hot tub. It was not cleaned properly prior to our stay and there were bugs coming out. Had to wait until the next day until maintainer could be reached via jet in order to get it cleaned out and to change the filters

"I stayed in June with temperatures in the mid 20's. The room was a lot warmer but the air conditioning couldn't be set lower than 24 degrees. When I asked reception how to get it cooler to be able sleep I was told it "can't be set lower as the temperature range is controlled by our office in Budapest." ..."
