We were attracted by the direct flight to the unfamiliar ground as a break from the city life. The short stay turned out to be most pleasant and memorable. Penghu is an amazing place with stunning landscape, many beautiful beaches, and more importantly, full of simple, naturally friendly, kind and hospitable people We had a rather windy day; that aside, the weather is gentle, warm and welcoming, entirely in tune with the hotel staff and Penghu locals.
