The main problem is the location on the map is very wrong. I had a local drive me to the address and the place we ended up was not correct. I called the host with the assistance of that previous mentioned local resident and the host was nice enough to come pick me up from a local business. The place is modern and clean with a decent bed and bathroom facilities and the host was kind. The area has little around it to do and even fewer businesses.
