"Overall it’s clean and modern; however, the room is very small for four people, no luggage space and difficult to move around. The bathroom divider was too small to prevent the toilet from getting wet while showering. The owner was very generous to drop us off the airport when the cab was not available. "All is very nice, we had a room with harbor view and enjoying balcony; all excellent except for breakfast, an amazing choice of chinese style items, all great but for north americans, which for sure are a very small minority, all "hot" items, such as eggs, omelets, ham, although under lamps, were served cold..... everything else is 5 stars!"

"The staff are NOT helpful - Reported to the reception that the aircon remote control was not working properly… They sent someone who came to the room and checked - I clearly saw the person ‘anyhow’ pressed the faulty control and ‘pretended’ it’s ok. WOW! 😳 She insisted that it was just the angle that I’m using it incorrectly. Then, she said - You just leave the aircon on… Just don’t pull out the room card… (Err, I wanted to tell her aircon and lights work independently. I’m not dumb.) Anyway, already spoiled the impression on 1st night. The place is clean but badly maintained - It’s a bit rundown. And the door at the toilet is badly structured… Pls see photos for details. Will not go back again! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Green. The staff were so friendly and really helpful. We booked the Deluxe Double Room and it was very spacious. Free bottled water and chip made us feel so welcomed. Water pressure was really good. The hotel has 7 parking spots but you can park off the road and hotel will pay for your parking. It is walkable BeiChen Market and lots of eateries. The only suggestion is to have luggage rack. We had to work on the floor. We would highly recommend the Green, and will stay again if we are back to Penghu."
