I had my elderly parents with me and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate them. The grounds are magnificent and the pool area was very peaceful and enticing. Thank you Hara’s for the wonderful stay.

This is a unique property hidden in an area of North West Houston. Clearly an event venue that is also a BnB. I did not eat at the restaurant and just had an overnight stay but the staff was lovely and the room was clean. The only hiccup was upon returning to the venue at 11:30pm all gates were closed and I had to call the website number to have security open the gate for me. I had been told two gates would be open but none were. I was glad the staff answered because it is not a traditional front desk environment. I would definitely stay again.

This place is a true gem! The ambience and the cleanliness is unmatched. I was truly blown away and upset I wasn’t staying another night! My room was so beautiful and the bed and sheets were extremely comfortable. My favorite part was the shower! Such a spa like experience. An area where there’s opportunity for growth is with communication ( didn’t know where to check in so I walked around the property looking for someone, only to find that check-in was within the restaurant on the property) and with little details here and there that would elevate the experience even more. For example, the WiFi connection wasn’t working at all and the password that was typed on an info sheet was incorrect. We were told it was a typo made from a previous employee, which happens, but it should just be fixed now. Even with the correct pw, WiFi was still unavailable in our room. Outside of the room connected fine. Also the enter/exit signs at main gates are confusing. And when we checked out and drove off to leave, the main gate was closed. We had to physically push it open ourselves in order to drive out. It was close to 11am so I fully expected the gate to be opened for folks needing to leave. All in all it was a great experience and those few things mentioned are only for constructed feedback. I would book here again and would recommend others book their stay here too!
