Très bon séjour dans une villa magnifique et avec une vue superbe sur le lac Trasimeno. Endroit très calme et bien situé par rapport à Perugia et autre ville voisine. Propriétaire très accueillant. Il a aussi un restaurant proche et très bon. A refaire, MERCI

We hebben een week genoten van deze prachtige villa. En het restaurant van de eigenaar is een aanrader. Je hebt wel een auto nodig en dan moet je van de goede kant aan komen rijden anders stuurt Google je over kiezelwegen.

Wunderschöne Villa

Die Villa Oleandra ist sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Jeden Abend konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang über dem See genießen! M. ist sehr nett und es hat alles gut geklappt! Die Auffahrt ist sehr steil, aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Villa mit Pool und Trasimeno Blick

Wir waren zu viert im Juni in der sehr geräumigen Villa. Alles vorhanden bis auf einen Griller im Garten, der uns schon sehr gefehlt hat. Der Besitzer M. war sehr freundlich, kann aber kein Deutsch und kein Englisch. Er hat uns aber mit einer Dame am Telefon verbunden, die sehr gut Deutsch spricht.

Schönes Haus an wunderschöner Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Der Ort romantisch und schön gelegen. Ein paar kleine Mängel möchten wir erwähnen. Die Weingläser sollten mal ersetzt oder kompletiert werden. Der Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse ist mangelhaft, defekt und zu wenig. Zudem sollte das Abfallkonzept erklärt werden. Das sind Kleinigkeiter, welche sofort behoben werden können. Dann steht einem super urlaub nichts mehr im Wege. Ansonsten können wir dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Vor allem ist der Service super und schnell.

The villa was exceptional and value for money. Location private yet easily accessible for amenities. Gardens were very welcome providing shade. Pool area incredibly clean and well maintained. Owner lovely and so was his restaurant !

Haus recht nett Nur 4 Kaffetassen,davon 1 abgeschlagen, zu wenig Besteck,glücklicherweise hatte ich meine Kopfpolster,Tuchenten und Bettwäsche,sowie Handtücher mit, da die des Vermieters nicht meinen Vorstellungen entspricht. M. ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend und natürlich ist auch der günstige Preis zu berücksichtigen.die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind stark durchgesessen.

SCHÖNES UND GEMÜTLICHES FERIENHAUS

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. In der Küche finden sich alle notwendigen Gerätschaften, genügend Geschirr, Gläser, etc. Einzig eine Kaffemaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Betten bequem. Die Gartenanlage ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und total eingezäumt. Zum Haus führt eine wirklich steile Auffahrt. Jedoch problemlos befahrbar. Das Restaurant des Haus Besitzer kann echt empfohlen werden. Wir können Massimo's, bestens empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit einer perfekten ruhigen Lage. Das Haus bietet Platz für jede Gelegenheit. Der Pool ist ein Traum inkl. separatem Sprudelbecken. Bei Bedarf steht sogar ein Wirlpool im oberen Bereich zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung in der Küche mehr als ausreichend. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. W-Lan ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Keine versteckten Kosten, welche noch zusätzlich anfallen könnten. Die Anlage wird 1 x pro Woche durch den Vermieter gepflegt, er hält sich sehr diskret.

Klasse Haus! Wohlfühlen garantiert!

Das Haus ist von seinem Besitzer sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist absolut toll. Pool und Whirlpool sind eine Augenweide. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die fehlende Kaffeemaschine. Ansonsten absolut Daumen hoch. Auch empfehlenswert: Das Fischrestaurant des Besitzers im Nachbarort.

Tolle Unterkunft! Sehr schönes Haus, auch ohne Klimaanlage kühl. Ruhige Lage. Toller Pool und Whirlpool, wird regelmäßig sauber gemacht. Tolle Aussicht und ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Sehr netter Vermieter, spricht zwar nur italienisch, hat aber Bekannte, die mit Englisch bzw. deutsch aushelfen können. Sehr zu empfehlen auch sein Restaurant XXX. Das Beste Restaurant in der Gegend. Sehr gutes Preis- leistungsverhältnis.

Een heel mooi huis met een prachtige tuin, helaas met een verschrikkelijke steile helling om op de parkeerplaats te komen bij het huis. Rede waarom wij dit huis niet nogmaals zouden boeken.

Maison très égréable

Cette maison est spacieuse , bien équipée et bien située pour visiter plusieurs villes aux alentous et bénéficier du lac .Le seul désagrément est l'accès en pente . C'est un endroit que je recommenderais à des amis .
