"The property is awefiully bad, we noticed a pungent smell and dampness as soon as we arrived. On inspection found mold and filth at basement. Notified vrbo and then Carolina Morning, no one responded for 2 days. Carolina property did not call me for help for 2 days and then refused to help. They not only did not help but also spoilt our vacation planning and stay. Property location is very poor and far away. Property has no sunlight , tucked away in deep woods.
