Many shops and restaurants were closed Sunday and Monday, but we still had a great time. You have some views of the mountains in the distance and a nice fenced in backyard. Bigger than the pictures make it seems! Jennica has a lovely property and was great about communication! The place was clean, had everything we needed, and was close to everything we wanted to do on the parkway and in Asheville at a fraction of the cost compared to actually staying in Asheville. There’s so many cute shops and great restaurants walking distance or a short car ride from the house. The house has everything you could need and the beds are comfortable. I love all the pet friendly touches too. The home is located in a great neighborhood with friendly, inviting neighbors.The host is fantastic and easy to get a hold of if you need anything. Great location for visiting nearby restaurants. Very friendly neighbors while on my walks with my dog. Even though property is dog friendly it doesn’t have any “doggy” smells. It is an old house therefore does show signs of age. My only complaint is about the bed in front room (only room we used) not being very comfortable and could use some new towels. So i decided to look for a little house to rent. Before we arrived the host was very responsive to any questions I had. On arrival the house was clean, it smelled nice, the furniture was beautiful. There was a little snack basket on the table with a welcome card. We felt very welcome into the house. The sheets were amazingly soft and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
