Our family stayed 2 nights for a ski trip and could not be happier with this home! We have rented many over the years and this was the most well appointed house we have ever stayed in. There was quite literally nothing missing that we needed. Kitchen had it all including multiple coffee makers. Bedrooms were all very spacious and kids loved the bunk bed. We had a 25ft trailer with 4 motorcycles two cars and a truck and were able to park them all. The location was right in the heart of Maggie Valley and literally 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. The neighborhood lost it's Internet and I called the owners representative and the cable company was there within the hour and took care of it immediately. We had 10 total people, four kids and six adults. The house was a perfect size for that group. Because it was around the holidays, the host had already done some Christmas decorating with lit trees and small touches that made it feel very personal. The unit itself was exceptionally clean, and it is pet friendly, but we had no issues finding other pet hair or anything. The furniture was all very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the sleeping arrangements were all as advertised. We reached out to the host Eve before our trip to make sure we understood what cooking supplies we may need to bring from our own house, and other than our own special tools and ingredients, we needed almost nothing. Eve was incredibly fast to respond with every communication, and even though we had no issues, we felt very comfortable knowing that she would take care of us if we had. This was a beautiful home, and we are thrilled that we decided to use this home for our Thanksgiving holiday with family that doesn't get to see each other as much as we like. Good communication from the property management, and a great value for what we got. Parking was a bit challenging for motorcycles as it’s a very steep drive and gravel lot, but everyone loved the house and we all had a very nice time lounging in the large living room and the game room in the basement. We selected the house because of the easy access to the main Maggie Valley drag as well as the abundance of beds for everyone. Everyone loved the house! It was easy to access, clean, well-stocked, and there was plenty of room for everyone, whether to hang out in a group or to retreat for a little R-n-R by themselves. Also, the porch was great!
