Welcome to Blue Ridge Have! This new construction home is set in a fantastic location with easy year round access. With modern, stylish decor and a spacious open floor plan, you’ll feel right at home the moment you step inside.

Relax on the porch around the fire table and enjoy the incredible Mountain View’s.

The fantastic central location puts you just minutes from the Cataloochee Ski area, Tube World, Soco Falls, Harrah’s Casino, as well as fantastic local restaurants and breweries.

Blue Ridge Haven is hosted by Loriel and Adam of Keaton Cottages Vacations. Loriel is a licensed real estate agent.

Guests will have access to the entire home and property during their stay.

Blue Ridge Haven is located in a quiet, centrally located Maggie Valley neighborhood. Our guests can expect to see other homes and neighbors when they are outside. It is a quiet location with wonderful views, but it is not a remote and secluded cabin.

You will need a car to best enjoy the area and many wonderful attractions. Shuttle and taxi services are limited.

This home does require our guests to climb a flight of stairs to access the property. Please note the exterior photos. Once inside the home is all one level.

The driveway is gravel and steep with a flat area at the top for one vehicle. It is not recommended for motorcycles, recreational vehicles or trailers.

Guest may park at the bottom of the driveway if preferred or on the street so long as they don’t block the road.
