My room was in good condition. The concierge was very nice. However, housekeeping left much more to desired. They never did one thing right and never provided me with wash cloths. They also never cleaned the shower 🚿 during my stay of 10 days.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Kind and accommodating. The location was pretty much perfect as well. In fact we couldn't have asked for a better location!
Turn left out of the doors and walk 10..Copocabana beach.. Turn right and walk the same.. Ipanema beach. Plenty of places to eat as well.
The downfall was this. The bathroom seriously need renovations. Shower annd toilet area were very old and some mold as well. But the rest of the hotel room was fine
Hallways could use an update as well.
For the price? I would stay there again

Staff I would say is the most valuable asset of this place, shout out to Mr. Guillherme, the Tour Concierge, he was always so eager to assist us always with a great smile and we felt he went above and beyond with his service.
