We stayed at this hotel only for one night, when traveling through the Germany. Hotel is beautiful, clean and looks like it just recently had some renovations done. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely man, he was friendly, spoke English and made the check in process easy. We stayed in the apartment which was clean and had all the equipment you could need. Outside restaurant looked lovely and had some event happening but music stoped by 10pm. Underground parking was a bonus and great...

Excellent artHotel, HundwrtWasser style, sparkless clean, hudge room, correct breakfast, good price. Ungerground safe Thiefgarage. Recommended!

Cleanliness, walkable to the centre of Magdeburg However, no drinking water in the self service area of entrance hall for the last 2 days

Great value for the money - a very good budget hotel. Parking garage and friendly staff adds to the positive experience.

this hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice now and will return anytime im back in or around on business again. great food from restaurant, nice sauna to relax in, gym also. Buffet breakfast is good also although they need to make toast available I would say as I like my toast. Quiet area outside of town centre and only 5-10 mins from centre. Highly recommend the hotel.

Spacious, modern two level apartment, walkable to city centre. Very well-equipped but some surprising omissions: hangers and surfaces to set things on in the bedroom; corkscrew, scissors, microwave instructions, recycling advice in the kitchen. I would have liked to have been able to contact someone to say that two wall sockets weren't working. Otherwise, comfortable, convenient, warm and handy to have washing machine.

Clean & comfortable, good customer service, great breakfast (would be easier for budgeting if included in room price). Easy parking at hotel. For myself the only negative was lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Would stay again.

Great breakfast, close to city centre, great pool. Nice late check out 12.00. only let down is expensive car park which is 21e for a day.

Great spa

Ok

Great value stay with private parking Good breakfast included and very helpful and friendly staff

Schönes, sauberes Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern.

The pool and sauna was a great relaxation place after a long drive, loved the barside dinner option after late check in and the breakfast was delicious if a tad expensive.

A really good hotel Great location for the station and sites Would highly recommend

Friendly staff and clean room very happy with our stay

Stopped off in Magdeburg on my way to Berlin and opted for Mercure hotel. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Room was clean, comfortable and had good WiFi coverage. Bike friendly, which was a bonus. Would happily use again
