6.2/10 (24 reviews)
Upon arriving there was no parking but for 24hrs it’s only £13.
It isn’t the prettiest of places but the staff are so helpful and friendly. There was an issue with the room I booked so they upgraded me with no issues.
Room was clean and so was the shower and toilet etc. Beds were clean and comfy so overall it was a pleasant stay.

Does Expedia offer Book Now, Pay Later Maerdy holidays?
Expedia has partnered with online lender Klarna to make booking your next getaway easier on your bank balance. Paying by instalment means you can spread the costs of your next dream escape, leaving you with more money to spend while you're away. Klarna has several payment plans to pick from, so you're sure to find one that fits into your budget. Check out these flexible payment options:
- Pay monthly holidays: Klarna offers convenient monthly payment plans that fit all budgets, so you can lock in that well-deserved holiday now.
- Pay in instalments holidays: With this Book Now, Pay Later option, Klarna makes it possible to pay for your holiday in multiple transactions.
- Low deposit holidays: If paying a small percentage of your trip (rather than all of it upfront) makes it easier to click that "book now" button, opt for a low deposit holiday payment plan with Klarna.
How far in advance should I book my Maerdy holiday?
It's hard to pick the perfect time for airfares, but we generally suggest the earlier, the better. Many international flights on Expedia become available to compare up to 12 months in advance. If you can't book early, don't fret. Bargain prices occasionally appear within a few weeks of departure dates.
