駐車場問題ありです。平置き駐車場は停めれる台数か少ないし。立体駐車場はミニバンは入らないし使えない立体駐車場。結局近くのコインパーキングに止めさせられ、しかも提携駐車場もない。おかげで16時にチェックイン後、車ででかけられず(再度駐車料金とられるため)最悪でした。駐車場小さいなら、せめて提携駐車場くらいあってほしい！

高崎駅から近くてホテルも綺麗でよかったです。私のお部屋は枕元のコンセントが一つだったので、充電の順番は気をつけました。 朝食は、終了30分前なのに新しいサラダやパンが追加されており無料なのにとてもありがたかったです。お部屋で食べる事ができるのも嬉しいですね。スタッフの皆さんも、明るく丁寧で優しかったです。お世話になりありがとうございました。

前泊者の生臭い匂いが残っており、フロントに相談するも消臭剤が設備してあるので対応するよう指導されたが消臭剤では匂いが消えず一睡もできなかった、低層階であったこともあり早朝からカレーなどの朝食の匂いが鼻に付きイライラが更に増した。こんなに辛い宿泊は初めてで二度と経験したくない。
