Unfortunately this hotel is showing its age and really could do with a major refurbishment. Having said that, the staff are great and the beds are comfortable. We booked a premium room but to be honest it did not feel that premium. For example instant coffee and powered milk is not quite what you ...

The Heritage Chiang Rai Hotel and Convention
