Located in a secure, quiet complex about 20–30 minutes from the Old Town (by drive), it's a practical base for short stays, work trips, or those seeking quiet and privacy. One bedroom, cozy living room, full kitchen with filtered water, and a warm shower. Shops, BBQ spots, market, 7/11, and pharmacy are all nearby. Please note: it’s not perfect, but warmly prepared.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. Main power switch When you enter the apartment, look to the far right wall – the main electric switch is quite high up. Please switch all of them ON when you arrive and OFF when you leave.
2. Toilet use Please do not throw tissues or anything else into the toilet. Use the bin provided next to it.
3. Using the stove If the gas stove doesn’t ignite automatically, you can use the long lighter (provided) to carefully light the gas.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
