10/10 Excellent

A truly unbelievable hotel, can not believe the Horizon Village resort is only 4*,I have stayed in 5 star hotels that don't even come close to this resort & the service(and the price..Wow...I payed £28 a night for a deluxe room over looking a lake).I booked with 3 friends for 3 nights and stayed 8 as we had to get back to Bangkok but could of stayed 3 weeks and some if time had allowed. There is so much to do here, mini zoo, boating lake, amazing vast gardens & lakes just to name a few. Will Defiantly...

We had hired a car and drove from the airport and had no problems parking at the hotel. The Lanna style of the hotel gives a unique feel and a pleasant hideaway from the outside. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. There was a good choice of food option in the restaurant and it appeared to cater for many different tastes. The Spa Cenvaree was excellent and worth booking for one of their treatments, we booked in a couple of time during our 2 weeks stay. Within a 5-minute walking...

The property is small and boutique like (just 14 rooms), very nice and top quality. The staff are what makes the property so nice. Yumi, the manageress could not do enough for us, but also all the other staff too were so nice and welcoming. Breakfast almost seemed like having your own personal chef. The only down sides with the property are what quite a few other guests have commented on, and that is the fact that the hotel is quite a way out of town (a taxi needed both directions), and that the...

Very attractive, clean hotel with excellent restaurant, gym and pool, Wi-Fi, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Situated five minute drive from airport in a lively district on the outskirts of Chang Mai with local shops, bars, restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. Being so close to the airport, expect some periodic aircraft noise as the hotel is right on line with the runway. Chang Mai is a taxi ride away, but the cost is quite low, around 150-200 Baht. The hotel is in two...

We stayed at this hotel for ten days and it was faultless! The staff are all lovely and extremely helpful when needed. The rooms are nice and clean and are a real comfort. The location of the hotel is excellent allowing you to be near to main attractions but while also gaining a beautiful view of the mountains from your balcony! We found the pool area to be lovely, even though many people have said the pool was too cold we found it to be fine and a lot of other guests were enjoying it to! I...

I stayed at this lovely hotel for 7 nights towards the beginning of December. The staff welcomed me with a glass of juice on arrival and, as I arrived too early, they allowed me to leave my luggage there until the room was vacated and ready. The location is excellent with easy access to most places of interest. And, just about next door, there's a wonderful massage place called Da Massage where a lady called Dlen will make you feel like you are walking on clouds. My room was spotless and...
