In the night when I went to the toilet I had a mouse in the room. The tile in the shower was falling off the wall. Someone repaired it but they also went through my luggage and a few small items of mine were missing. The sheets were clean but some were stained. For the amount of usd I paid I think this property wasn’t worth it. Some staff was friendly and some seemed to be bothered. Big bright beautiful. Only two English channels on the tv both news. The front desk person doesn’t speak any English and tells you they aren’t interested in trying to communicate. When I contacted the company they sent a very kind man who did his best to make us happy. This hotel is considered to be out of town by the locals. I tried to to book a elephant day, the operator said they have hotel pick up.
