Big bright beautiful. Only two English channels on the tv both news. The front desk person doesn’t speak any English and tells you they aren’t interested in trying to communicate. When I contacted the company they sent a very kind man who did his best to make us happy. This hotel is considered to be out of town by the locals. I tried to to book a elephant day, the operator said they have hotel pick up.
