Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. The apartment was not even ready when we arrived around 3:30 PM; the cleaner was still working and remained for another 30 minutes. This was surprising considering how strict the property is about checkout, including warnings of additional charges if belongings or garbage are left behind.
More concerning, we had a door/key issue that prevented us from properly securing the apartment. We tried WhatsApp and the provided phone number with no response. We contacted Expedia, and even Expedia customer service could not reach the owners/managers.
The advertised Wi-Fi did not work. We connected to the network and verified the password, but there was no internet connection. I have included a screenshot showing this.
The listing photos also did not accurately represent the apartment we received. The advertised flooring appears light/tan, while the actual flooring is gray. Photos are included for comparison.
The bathroom is extremely small (I’m 6’1”, 210 lbs), hot water lasted about one short shower before needing roughly an hour to recover, and opening the curtains gives you a direct view into neighboring offices, limiting privacy. There was also a noticeable fish/restaurant odor in the building.
With these issues, I recommend spending a little more and staying somewhere else.
