The kitchen, American, and the living room and bedroom occupy the same room, but the space is very well differentiated since it has been placed a sideboard that allows space between the clarity at the top, and also serves as a practical option for store things The Salamanca neighborhood is one of the most exclusive in Madrid. In few meters you have at your fingertips the biggest fashion, decoration and jewelry firms. It is the "Golden Mile" of Madrid. Ideal for shopping, but also for strolling or dining at the most "cool" restaurants of the capital. Departure should be before 11:00 am, if you require a later departure let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you, providing our next arrival is not early the same day. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to turn lights and A/C off, leave the keys on the table, and shut the door on your way out. We will inspect the apartment after your departure and return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that the client is liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Luxury Rentals Madrid shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation. Important Information: Never leave the key in the lock on the inside when you leave the apartment, as the door will be locked and it will be necessary to open it by a locksmith, the cost of which, in such case, will be charged to the tenant.
