  • VACATION RENTAL This apartment in city centre Madrid is located on the 2nd floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. It features 1 bedroom and a full bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, as it includes a sofa bed.

    The open-concept loft layout includes a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need during your stay, as well as a dining table for 4 people. It also features a balcony with soundproof windows that let in plenty of natural light.
    At the back of this open space is the bed, along with a walk-in closet offering ample storage space. Next to it is the bathroom, which has been completely renovated and features a shower stall and a laundry area.

    -Check-ins after 8:00 p.m. incur a fee of 30 euros.
    -Check-ins after 11:00 p.m. incur a fee of 50 euros.
    -Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Our staff will not be present at the apartment for check-out; simply leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
    -If there are two people and you still wish to use the sofa bed, there is an additional charge.

Little gem steps away from Sol!

This apartment was a great find, a little gem steps away from the hustle and bustle of Sol, but very comfortable and quiet. I felt safe as a solo traveler, and the restaurants on Calle de Barcelona were an added benefit! Would definitely recommend, and will stay again here when I’m in the area next time.

I had a lovely stay. I am so glad the air conditioning worked. There was no elevator, but the host helped with my bags on check-in. (Gracias, Eric!) Some of the neighbors were noisy, and some of them entered quite late (early in the morning!) The morning of my arrival was when the majority of the communication took place. It left a lot till the last minute which was unsettling for me to arrive without clear details about how I would be able to enter the property.
