Incredible location! Brand-new apartment, fully renovated in July 2018.
Spacious and comfortable, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 200 square meters (2,000 square feet) of living space. Fully equipped to make you feel right at home, including a smart TV and a chef-style kitchen with everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay.

The open-plan layout is bright and airy, with high ceilings (9 feet / 3 meters), large windows, and hardwood floors throughout. Everything is brand new, including high-quality furnishings, linens, and towels.

Located in the “Golden Mile” of Madrid, in the most luxurious neighborhood: Barrio de Salamanca. Just a 1-minute walk to Calle Serrano, the city’s top shopping and dining street, and only 3 minutes from the iconic Puerta de Alcalá and El Retiro Park.

We own the entire first floor, which includes this apartment and the one right next to it. The two units are side by side and can be connected internally through a private door. Each apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, and together they comfortably sleep up to 12 — perfect for large groups or families traveling together.

Great flat, well furnished, super comfortable stay. Black out shades was a nice touch for Jetlag. Another huge bonus is the living room is far from the bedrooms and has a door separating for noise. Was great for kids. Retiro Park near and still close to the city center with a little walking

The location is amazing! Lovely shops, restaurants, and very close to you all day. Exciting things to see in Madrid! The apartment is spacious and well appointed. Everything is great. The only tiny negative is there is not a lot of natural light.

Perfect spot from which to explore Madrid

The apartment was perfect for our stay, and as shown and described. Everything was clean and working well, and the kitchen was fully up to date (including a Nespresso machine). Communication was clear and prompt. We loved being close to so many places we wanted to reach — being able to jog in Retiro in the morning, walk to Chueca or a museum around lunch, and do some shopping in Salamanca in the afternoon.

Magnificent City Oasis

This is a truly beautiful apartment. It is on the first floor of a heritage building, but nothing on the outside prepares you for what lies within - a tastefully renovated, modern, spacious oasis set in the heart of the city. Every requirement is catered for, with modern, high-end appliances and comfortable beds. But the most outstanding feature of this stunning apartment is its proximity to shopping, train, bus, etc, all within easy walking distance. Our host was also very attentive and easy to communicate with. This is THE place to stay in Madrid!

Family visit to Madrid

Check- in was easy. Mateo was very responsive and sent us everything we needed. Apartment was spacious and kitchen was amazing. Having every room with an en suite bathroom was perfect. Beds were comfortable and sound proof to allow for jet lag recuperation. Below your apartment is a small store perfect for small things you may need and fruit. The location is fabulous- walking distance to everything. My only issue- and this was Inconsequential was that the dryer took a while to dry. Perfect trip having our whole family pick up our eldest daughter from a study abroad program. Thank you Mateo.

Amazing stay in beautiful Madrid ❤️

The property is spacious, brand new and modern. Absolutely no disappointments. Photos on website do not lie. They are a true representation. I shopped and ate my way through Madrid. One of the best locations, just a few steps out of the door to your left and you are on Serrano, the 5th Ave of Madrid. No Uber needed. I walked up and down the whole city. Unless you do a tour of the museums and the old town, then get a guided tour with a driver. If you have sons and/or soccer fans in the mix then a visit to the Real Madrid Santiago Bernabeu Stadium is a must. Much more impressive than the one in Barcelona and very well organized. If you feel that the rental cost is a bargain- which it is for these luxe accommodations, you will be even more surprised that dining in even the finest restaurants is extremely affordable! The top Spanish wines are not expensive. I loved everything about Madrid and this is going to be one of my top favorite vacation destinations. I am the traveler who instinctively always travels to Italy, but came to Madrid to visit my son who is doing a semester abroad in Madrid. The owner and owner’s rep were very responsive and on top of it. I also arranged for housekeeping because I am not on vacation to cook and clean. They use one cleaning lady who knows the apartment. There is a very reasonable fee. About a quarter of what they charge you in Canada or US. You do not have to explain to her what to do. Which is a good thing because she speaks no English! I would definitely recommend you stay at this property.
