È sito in una palazzina molto tranquilla, dotata di ascensore e accessi elettronici. La posizione è centralissima, per cui si possono raggiungere comodamente tutte le attrazioni a piedi in pochissimi minuti, senza necessità di usare i mezzi pubblicii. Lo staff non è in loco, ma si è sempre in contatto tramite whatsapp con Raquel, che si occupa di tutto rapidamente e molto cordialmente, puoi chiederle persino di farti recapitare il rifornimento frigo, di trovarti un taxi o un deposito bagagli.
