It was on a quiet block, easily accessible to the sol and opera stations and nearby plazas, dining, shopping. etc. Quick walk to gines churros and el corte ingles.free coffee, tea, mini muffins in the morning. Staff are so nice. Rooms are spacious (we got two bedrooms) and so affordable. The only thing, limited toilet paper, no hair conditioner, and perhaps paper towels for the kitchen. Other than that, will recommend to others who would prefer to stay in that area.

Perfect location minutes from Plaza Major and the Royal Palace. Friendly staff, very welcoming. No coffee in the room, but coffee available in the lobby. There was no ac in April though it got quite warm. The only option was to open a window into an interior courtyard, which was fine except the last night when we could hear a couple arguing very loudly until 1:30 am. No sleep that night.

This place is a hidden gem. Pros: The place is very clean, staff is excellent and location is perfect. We could walk to Mercado San Miguel, Plaza Mayor and lots of restaurants and small stores. Also, they only charge 5 euros to use the washer/dryer. Free coffee/tea all day and free wine for a few hours in the evening. 1 euro for a cup of Nespresso. We did not use the kitchen but it has everything that you need. Cons: the spring mattress for the trundle bed is too soft and very uncomfortable. There’s 4 of us and only 1 pillow per person. We asked if we could have extra pillows and was told they did not have extra pillows.

The staff were helpful and.curteous. Perfect place to stay for access around central Madrid. The apartment was perfect, clean and tidy with a wonderfully laid out kitchen. We would recommend a stay here !!

We love this place! Really comfy, remodeled and cozy, amazing location near to the Opera Station. The staff was pretty amazing too! I will definitely stay there again!

Nice apartment in the heart of Madrid
Thank you for the free upgrade (for being a gold member?). The one-bedroom apartment was very new and clean. I got an interior unit and I couldn't hear any street noise. The biggest negative was a bad smell that was present all throughout our stay. The place might feel a bit aseptic, but it was functional. The free coffee in the morning in the lobby was good. And we also got a free bottle of sparking wine. Great location in the center of Madrid, near mercado San Miguel and Plaza Mayor.

Hotel in great area
The hotel has a pleasant reception and is very close to pedestrian street with lots of restaurants, cafes and stores. It had coffee, juice and muffins available for breakfast plus other more premium items for sale. The room felt a little small for five but it was okay for 2 nights. The sofa bed needs some fixing. The staff were very professional and friendly. Hotel didn’t have parking but there were lots close to it.

Central Location
Great wee hotel in central location. Loved this hotel and would def stay again. Had everything you need and staff (especially Jennifer on reception) are lovely to deal with. Beautiful, small, clean hotel just off Plaza Mayor, only a few minutes walk to Palace or Opera.

Location was great, steps away from a main walking street with plenty of shops, very close to Opera and Plaza Real. It was clean with a helpful staff and free coffee and tea at the lobby. They kept our luggage for us after we checked out. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel, good location and cleanliness, the workers are very friendly, The only problem is the noise in the street is horrible you can feel everything, the garbage collection, the renovation of the building in front start at 8 am My advice do not choose Balcony, for the rest wonderful!!!
