Priority is given to guests traveling for work, academic, medical, specialized training, or other justified reasons, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law. Availability is subject to the owner's use of the property on specific dates. The Space Reservation requires the signing of a lease agreement and the deposit of a security deposit in accordance with applicable regulations. The accommodation is intended solely as a temporary accommodation solution. The tenant expressly declares that this is not their habitual or permanent residence, and therefore, registration at this address is not permitted. The apartment has been completely renovated; all furniture, bathrooms, and kitchen equipment are new. There are three independent and private bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with single beds. Two bedrooms face the street, and the master bedroom faces the interior with a private bathroom. The windows and balcony doors are new and soundproof, with automatic blinds, essential for a good night's sleep in a noisy city. A living room with a sofa and a large flat-screen TV. There are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. One of these bathrooms is located in the master bedroom. The kitchen appliances are new and modern, with a digital ceramic stove and an all-in-one washer/dryer. To help you take good care of the appliances, we have provided an easy-to-understand instruction manual. The location of this apartment is its best feature: right in the historic center of Madrid, within walking distance of Atocha station, the Reina Sofía Museum, the Prado Museum, the beautiful Retiro Park, and the main shopping area. It's also just a stone's throw from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The decor is clean, modern, fresh, and relaxing. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, glass-top stove with oven, and microwave. The beds, mattresses, and pillows are comfortable, both queen and single size. Services and Common Areas A member of my team will greet you at the apartment to provide the keys and all the information about the apartment and the surrounding area. We kindly ask that you send us all the information before your arrival so we can organize everything, including the ID or passport numbers of all guests. We will always be in contact during your stay in case you need anything or have any problems. High-speed fiber optic internet with Wi-Fi, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, and heating are available in each room. A capsule coffee machine and an Italian-style coffee maker are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, basic cooking utensils, and dishwashing liquids. Perfect size for our family, clean with everything we needed, very near major transport hubs like the Atocha train station for long distance travel and the local metro subway (Estacion Arte). Walking distance to major museums and parks, with food and grocery options within walking distance. Check-in was very smooth. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were great in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with tableware cutlery and pots and pans. The location was great! We walked to most places, and a taxi stand was across the street for longer distances. Would definitely consider staying there again. ##### mary o. Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The street outside is busy but the doors are double glazed and do cut the noise. Our trip was a surprise birthday for my husband and Hans and Valentina helped keeping the surprise and advised us of places to eat. The host actually met us at our property and she was wonderful. Her English was perfect. Everything was clean and in great condition. The only thing you might want to consider is you do hear the subway going often underground, but we’re used to it since we all both live near trains. It’s actually Comforting to us and there’s actually a lot of street noise until like 1 AM besides that it was perfect and we had a wonderful time ##### Anthony R. Kitchen and living room have no natural light. The front bedrooms are louder because they face the busy street which includes a nightclub across the way. The apartment was very spacious for our needs and had everything we needed for a small family. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. The location is great to get anywhere you needed. From the airport we took the train and it can take anywhere from 40 min to 1 hr. The apartment has a lift in it to help move luggage. The balcony overlooks the main street. We were very happy with the quick responses from the hostess ##### Amanda G. The apartment was spic and span and everything worked. Rain-style shower was a treat. Kitchen equipment was adequate (except for dull paring knives and deteriorating cutting boards.) Beds are fine but some of the other furniture could do with an upgrade. It was spacious for 3 of us; could feel crowded with closer to six. We didn't need much attention from management but overall they were responsive and helpful. Cost struck us as most reasonable for value received. ##### Chester F. The beds were just right and the kitchen was adequately stocked for simple cooking. It’s just right for an easy vacation. We met Valeria upon check-in. She was very helpful in showing us the apartment and giving us information about the area. Hans, the owner, had provided contact numbers for himself and others in case we had any issues. The best part of this unit is the location. Atocha Station is just across the street at the next corner. Great for getting around Madrid or hopping on a train for daytripping around Spain. The museums are all within an easy walk. (The Reina Sofia is on the block!) Retiro park and the Real Jardin Botanico are just around the corner. All in all, an excellent choice for a lovely vacation in Madrid. One warning though….and this has nothing to do with the property! A few doors up the street, there is a small supermarket next door to the Steakburger. This shop does not have price tags on products. The clerk appeared to randomly assign prices. He tried to charge us €45 for a bottle of gin that was €20 just down the block. ##### James S. Central to all the sights around Madrid. Big parks, museums, Atocha train station and cute streets for shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. The check-in was easy and seamless.
