This accommodation is offered exclusively for short-term rentals, intended for justified temporary stays. Priority is given to guests traveling for work, academic, medical, specialized training, or other justified reasons, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law. Availability is subject to the owner's use of the property on specific dates.
The Space
Reservation requires the signing of a lease agreement and the deposit of a security deposit in accordance with applicable regulations.

The accommodation is intended solely as a temporary accommodation solution. The tenant expressly declares that this is not their habitual or permanent residence, and therefore, registration at this address is not permitted.

The apartment is divided into a living area with a sofa and television, a fully equipped and renovated kitchen-dining room, and two bedrooms; the first with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed. A comfortable sofa is also available. This is a warm and welcoming space, designed and designed to provide the best possible stay for guests.

Any member of my team will greet you at the apartment to give you the keys and all the information about the apartment and the surrounding area. We kindly ask that you send us all the information before your arrival so we can organize everything, including the ID or passport numbers of all guests. Great location and Owner was attentive

It was the perfect size for my family of 4. Reason for the 4 stars is we did have a lot of maintenance issues with plumbing and hot water. Things happen that is understandable. Just was a lot of inconvenience without any compensation.

Excellent location and communication with hosts - very comfortable suite - includes master bedroom adjoint to living room and kitchen, extra room with bunk beds. Perfect for a family of 4. My only suggestion would be to add a clothes dryer which would be helpful for extended stays. Will recomend to friends and family.

Great location

The apartment was located in a beautiful location in central Madrid. No need for a taxi from the train station or to most local sites. Easy access to local markets and restaurants. The communication with the property was easy and efficient upon checking in and out. Reminder that there is no lift. The Wi-Fi was spotty and the noises from inside this older apartment building was most noticeable. We felt welcomed and safe here which helped to make our trip to Madrid most memorable.

Excellent base to visit Madrid

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people, although we were only 2. We stayed one week and found all we needed. There was an ample supply of toiletries, crockery and pots and pans, clean sheets and towels, etc. The building itself was on a busy road but the apartment, being internal, was very quiet indeed. It was very well located and in easy walking distance for most of central Madrid. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit.

Cute and Cozy

My family and I had a great stay, we were 4 adults and were very comfortable. The neighborhood was cute. We enjoyed breakfast at a little shop just a two minute walk away, we were able to attend mass at a church that was a three minute walk up the hill, the metro was a 6 min walk away, and everything else (major sights) were between 20 and 30 minutes walking. We felt safe at night and even though the neighborhood was quite alive in the evenings, it was nice and quiet in our apartment. Everything about the apartment was explained in detail upon our arrival. We would definitely recommend this as a spot to stay on your next trip to Madrid.

Lavapies Simplicidad

Valentina and Hans communicated with us well ahead of our visit and Valentina met us and went over the apartment. This was invaluable for foreigners unfamiliar with the radiant heating and trash rules. The bunk bed room and bedroom were sufficient for our needs. The neighborhood food and groceries were great and the location was great for access to the museums and Atocha station. Actually, getting around all of the city was way with Taxis and Uber. I can highly recommend this VRBO for these reasons.

Location location location!!!

We were a bit overwhelmed by the size of the apartment upon arrival, because we where to stay for 10nights, but once we unpacked we had plenty of room for all four of us. Plenty of amenities for our stay, fully stocked kitchenette, great wifi-internet service, And the best it was the location, able to walk to most mayor museums (10-20 minutes walk), walk to La latina, Plaza Mayor, even the Royal Palace, Taxi is like 6-8 euros from any of those locations in either direction, it located with in the M30 and have a flat rate from the airport of €30 each way. Almost in the middle of too many bars and restaurants but being in the rear of the building noise is inexhistent super quiet to sleep late lowering the amazing exterior blinds and blocking all sunlight was amazing!!.

Very clean

The apartment is only 15 min walk from Atocha train station. The lovely Valentina greeted us on our first day and showed us how to use the apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor, about 10 steps up. The entry to the building is very secure with 2 double iron doors. The neighborhood has a lot of restaurants and is very lively at night. The apartment is only one street away from the restaurants, but it is very quiet. There is a big two-story Carrefour supermkt near the apartment. There is a metro station about 5 minutes from the apartment, but we prefer to walk. It is about a 25-30 min walk to the center of Madrid (Plaza Mayor, etc.). The heater in the apartment is central which is very nice. The water pressure is very nice. The kitchen has bowls, dinner, and dessert plates enough for 6 people. Plenty of cups and glasses. There are 3 nonstick pans, 1 pot with 3 cooking wooden spoons but no ladle. There is a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and toaster. The apartment is very clean with lots of closet spaces. The queen bed shares the same room as the living room, but you can draw the curtain to separate them. Like some of the areas in Madrid, you cannot throw toilet paper into the toilet and this apartment is no exception. But the trash is picked up every night and there are plenty of trash bags provided. The washer is very nice to have and there is a portable clothes rack to dry the clothes. A very lovely and clean apartment for 3 of us.

Great location with most major attractions within walkable distance. Communication with the host, Valentina, is affective and pleasant. No quilt was provided in the apartment and I was told it is the norm in summer in Madrid to just provide bedspread instead. Not sure it is true or not but it is not comfortable at all.

Amazing place to stay in Madrid!

Me and my family had an amazing time here! The host was very helpful in getting us checked in and set up! The place had everything we could need to make our stay in Madrid perfect! It is in a great location and is close to the Prado museum as well as any transportation. It was clean and quiet, and a great place to stay!
