"Very hot rooms, staff refused to turn on A/C, saying it was 'winter', even though it felt in the 80's as reported by the weather service. Could not even run the fan in the room without asking reception to turn it on. Staff gave several conflicting reasons, but refused to enable A/C. Security windows that opened about 3 inches, so no air flow from the window."
