Check-in is a hassle could be simplified. From morning getting messages from staff o plan it and they won't turn up on time. Waited 30min in 4C. Key to the building entrance, as others mentioned, does not work easily. Other guests struggled with getting in. Room looks superficially clean. Check your socks though :) dust and hairs. Walls are super thin, you hear everything. Shower is miniature, flooded the bathroom floor and corridor. Staff seems caring though. Just probably too much for them to manage.

I wish they will list the accurate price instead of listing it per person, this would have affected my choices when I was searching for a room for 2 on the map I expected to have the price for two.. I realized later than the second person was added as an extra guest. The towels could have been newer, they were uncomfortable to use. The kitchen was appreciated to have, iron table was appreciated too.

Very centrally located and close to the station as we needed to take an early morning train. Restaurants, pharmacies and groceries were all within walking distance. The shared bathroom was also fine at the place except for the toilet paper. Wish the quality of the tp was better. Overall, a very good place and value for money.

Place is clean and they clean the common area every time someone checks out, which given the nature of this listing (private rooms in shared apartment) can be daily / every two days. Very convenient location with great public transport connections, restaurants around and supermarket literally next door. Great for few days. The main entrance of a building can sometimes be jammed and you need to wrestle with it to get it open. The key simply won’t turn until you hit some sweet spot or something. One issue we had was that our room had doors with glass. It was covered of course so no one can see to your room but the light from outside still gets in even if muted. This can disrupt your sleep when people come and go outside or use the kitchen.

Good place. Good location a few blocks for transportation. I stay for 6 nights check in it was fine instructions were ok but read all the descriptions on the list for a 1-3 nights is a perfect place. But over 3 days is up to you. We bought our own toilet paper and deal with the same sheets for 6 nights. Just read the rules.

El cuarto estuvo muy bien. La comunicación no fue tan buena. Queríamos hacer check in. Pero no nos podían recibir a la hora que necesitábamos. La comunicación no fue muy buena. No nos contestaban lo que preguntábamos. Perdimos una noche de estancia porque en vez de llegar en la noche del 16 queríamos hacer check in el 17 a las 7 de la mañana y nadie nos pudo recibir. Muy triste. La siguiente noche fue muy buena.

La limpieza de la habitación es mejorable, no digo que fuera un desastre, pero te vas a encontrar un suelo que al pisar verás como se te llena de suciedad el calcetín y en las sábanas de la cama podrás encontrar algunos pelos que no son tuyos.

Buena ubicación, te puedes mover en autobús o metro super cómodamente. Atocha esta a 5 min en autobús, yo me fui 6am y no tuve tema con el transporte. La habitación está limpia aunque olía un poco a tabaco pero creo que el huésped anterior estuvo fumando y se quedó impregnado. También el roomie preparó mariscos y el departamento quedó impregnado con olor a pescado por días... estaría bueno que dejen algun aromatizante o neutralizador de olores. Ojo: ponle protectores a las ruedas de tu maleta que el piso de Madrid me rompió una llanta.
