Perfect location for exploring Madrid
This cozy apartment is a smart, comfortable choice in a fantastic location for exploring Madrid. It has everything you need, and then some. It provides a super comfortable bed with high-quality bed linens & a compact, well appointed, user-friendly kitchen. This unit is very quiet despite its central location and offers two wonderful terraces, one off the living room and another off the bedroom. In the course of five days, we combed through numerous neighborhoods of the city, including the nearby “golden triangle” of three world class museums without ever hiring an Uber or using public transit. Great places to eat and drink are all around, as are fabulous markets for dining and shopping, elegant hotels, and high shopping malls, etc. all easy to walk to from the apartment. The host was very warm and accommodating, never intrusive and always available. Due to unexpected travel delays, we arrived several hours later than expected, and she made special arrangements in the evening to have someone meet us to let us in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Style and convenience
Elegant and spacious apartment has two terraces with views to the park and the Prado. It’s a 10 minute walk to the train station and easy to walk to the highlights of Madrid. Communication was prompt and I was able to check in early!

Amazing trip to Madrid
First trip to Madrid to visit my son who is studying abroad. Stayed in the apartment during my stay for a week and loved the location and adorable apartment. Quick 15 min walk to the train and 10 min walk to the Metro making the location perfect for travel.

Cozy Madrid visit
My husband and I enjoyed our 1 week stay in this cozy appartment. It had everything that we needed, is in a great location for museums, and so close to some fun tapas bars. Also, a very quiet area . We would recommend this place to others.

Amazing location across street from world famous Prado Museum!
spent a amazing time I. Madrid in a fabulous location near (walking distance$ to many first rate attractions, such as the best museums, Atocha train station, Poeta del Sola nd Plaza Mayor, Gran via. Only issue I had with the apartment was that it was a bit dated and living room a bit cluttered with excess furniture; I had to move a couple of chairs to the side as they blocked entrance to bedroom. The bed was very low (as it sits under a sloped very low ceiling so every morning when getting out of bed I had to remember to e careful so as mot to bump my head on the ceiling. Other than that, I highly recommend this apartment. The host was responsive and accommodating.

Wonderful location!
This cute “60’s ish” apartment is perfectly located near museums, parks, and great restaurants. We particularly liked El Botánico, but found others that had adventuresome foods as well. Owner Rosario was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The condo is cozy and homey with books and artwork as well as comfy chairs.

In the Heart of it All
We really enjoyed our stay at Rosario’s place in Madrid. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet and beautiful. It really felt like our home away from home. Our host was responsive and very pleasant. The balconies that over look the fountains, museums and promenade were beautiful. We loved the location that is literally across the street from the Prado Museum and down the street from many others. Beautiful Retiro park is also across the way giving you access to so many incredible experiences. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and apartment in Maadrid
From the moment you are met by the owner, you feel welcomed to Madrid. The location was perfect to walk to any neighborhood and walking across to see the wonderful Prado Museum was the icing on the cake! I would highly recommend and hope to be back to stay again!!!

In the heart of Madrid's museum triangle
The apartment was everything we could want for visiting Madrid's cultural center. We were close to the art museums, tons of restaurants/bars,the train station. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the host responsive to questions. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Very central
As first time visitors to Madrid we found the apartment to be central to so many sites. Very nice! The bed was comfortable, soft towels, plenty of all we expected. The bathroom wasn’t right next to the bedroom, and there was a step that could potentially be a challenge in the dark (we each tripped once), but we did get used to it. Just mentioning that for anyone it could be a bigger issue for. If returning to Madrid, we would stay again. :)

Great apartment in Madrid’s best neighborhood
The apartment is right across the Prado. Just behind it is Barrio de las Letras which might be the best area to be at - full of restaurants and charm and yet largely free of the group tourists that crowd the area around Plaza Mayor, for example. The three art museums are at short walking distance, as well as Atocha’s train station. Plenty of taxis around if you ever need one. The apartment is bright, clean and attractive. All the appliances worked great, and we particularly appreciated three choices to make coffee- Kreg capsule style, French press or moka express. Two balconies made it even better. We didn’t need to contact Rosario during our stay, but when we did she responded immediately. The booklet she made with instructions and local info was very helpful. Definitely will come back on our next visit to Madrid.

Fantastic Madrid Location
This apartment was in a great location to see all the sights. We even got the bonus of watching the cycling race La Vuelta right in front of the apartment and from our terrace. It was clean and as described. The host’s communication was excellent.

Excellent Accommodation in the Perfect Place
We spent 4 nights in Rosario's apartment & found it perfectly situated. It is literally across the street from the Prado Museum, perfectly placed for exploring Retiro Park & many neighbourhood tapas restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere within 30 minutes, and were only a short walk to the train station at the end of our stay. Communication was easy & Rosario was very quick to respond. The apartment is spacious & bright & clean. Perfect stay!!

Fabulous Property and location can't be beat, I want to go back!

The apartment was exactly as pictured, though it appears “smaller” to me than pictured. However, it was sheer perfection. Excellent base for museums
We are 84 and 87 and wanted a final trip to Madrid to visit the wonderful museums. We couldn’t have had a better or more convenient place to stay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, well appointed and very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the two balconies with a glass (or two) of wine. It was only a few minutes walk to the supermarket and various bars and restaurants. Rosario answered all our queries very quickly. You couldn’t improve on this accommodation!

Beautiful apartment in great area
Our stay at this apartment was lovely. We felt at home and everything was very comfortable. We enjoyed having the two terraces and the place is well appointed. The location across from the Prado is extremely convenient to get to other places in the city and the park in between the apartment and the Prado gives the place a little oasis in the middle of the city. Perfect location, great for two people

Wonderful location in Madrid!
We loved our week in Madrid and much was due to this flat and it’s location. It had everything we needed snd was very comfortable with space for two to spread out. There are many good restaurants and tapas places close by as well as some of the top sights to see in Madrid like the Prado museum. The area also seemed upscale with many well kept parks and gardens. We’ll be back!

A Room with a View
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment, which was directly across from the Prado, Retiro Park, and other museums. We appreciated the convenience it afforded us in seeing the sites of Madrid. Since we used it as a base to go to Avila, Segovia, Toledo and Escorial, it was terrific having an apartment within walking distance to the Atocha Railway Station.

Rosario was extremely helpful with a number of emails with information prior to our arrival. The apartment was in a great location to get to everything in Madrid. We loved the apartment, it was well presented, clean and roomy. The basics, such as tea, coffee, oil, shampoo, bath gel, washing detergent etc to help with our stay were also included. This was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends.

We loved it!
Location is primo, balconies lovely, lots of room, clean, excellent communication and instructions. Our only small complaint is that other than 2 fairly thin ‘regular’ pillows on the bed, the others were large throw pillows, which we feel should have pillow cases, for hygiene reasons.

Wonderful Apartment — Perfect for Couples in the Heart of Madrid
It would be hard to find any way of making this apartment any better for our purposes — perfect location right on Paseo del Prado, nicely appointed kitchen and bathroom that offered everything we needed, multiple terraces facing East to enjoy terrific sunrises, and a very comfortable bed. Rosario was a great host and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Christmas in Madrid
This was my first Vrbo and I’m so happy I did book this location. The owner was very communicative with us prior to our arrival to make check in easy. The apartment itself couldn’t be beat. We loved the layout of the apartment and the spaciousness of it. Our favorite things were the TWO terraces as well as its overall location in the city. There are multiple public underground parking spots if you drove, like we did. We will be returning to Madrid and will definitely choose this location.

We absolutely loved the apartment and location. It was just perfect for us and our time in Madrid. Very convenient to the Prado, Retiro Park, Thyssen, and Palacio Real. Great location in Madrid
Very nice upper level apartment in Madrid. Check in was very easy (even with our limited Spanish). Nice terraces to watch the sunrise and all the supplies we needed. (if anything couch could be more comfortable and TV slightly larger in our opinion.) Excellent location across from Museo Prado (take advantage of free admission after 6pm) and El Retiro Park - beautiful! Short walk to Plaza Mayor and Royal Palace. We had a great time and can't wait to come back!

Location, location, location, clean, safe, cute, comfortable. We loved our stay. We loved being so close to the museum, observatory, Lirria Palace. We were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go on foot. The cafe on the first floor was convenient and food was really good. The patios were really fantastic and a great place to relax and decompress. Check in was easy and communication with Rosario was fast. Definitely recommend and definitely would book again.
