It is in the "museum area", in front of the Prado, on the left The Thyssen, on the right Caixa Forum and Reina Sofia, in front of the Botanic, Puerta de Alcalá, Serrano street, Plaza Santa Ana 10 "with its bars and parties, Puerta del Sol 10 ", in the best area of Madrid. Its incredible views, TWO TERRACES, the swimming pool in summer, from June 15 to September 15 in goal hours, the space is very cozy.
My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, etc.
It is an apartment on the top floor of a building of seven heights, with 3 elevators and doorman 7 days a week, on whose roof has a pool for summer. From June 15 to September 15. It has a doorman from 10 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm. It is suitable for 3 people but the extra bed is suitable for children, it is small.
It is very close to the Puerta del Sol, the Plaza de Santa Ana with its bars and restaurants. Serrano and Puerta de Alcalá with their shops are within a ten minute walk. Its location is excellent.
It is located in the geographical center of the most important museums in Madrid, next to the historic Botanical Gardens and the Retiro. At your back we access the Barrio de las Letras, and from it, to old Madrid. This whole area today is full of restaurants and bars that will allow you to enjoy magnificent evenings. It is definitely in the dream place for the person who wants to know Madrid.
There is a bus stop with different lines in the Plaza de Neptuno and the Atocha station is a ten minute walk. The bus stop to the airport is five minutes away, we go to the Plaza de Cibeles and before reaching it, on the right hand side next to the side facade of the Madrid city hall is the stop.

Perfect location for exploring Madrid
This cozy apartment is a smart, comfortable choice in a fantastic location for exploring Madrid. It has everything you need, and then some. It provides a super comfortable bed with high-quality bed linens & a compact, well appointed, user-friendly kitchen. This unit is very quiet despite its central location and offers two wonderful terraces, one off the living room and another off the bedroom. In the course of five days, we combed through numerous neighborhoods of the city, including the nearby “golden triangle” of three world class museums without ever hiring an Uber or using public transit. Great places to eat and drink are all around, as are fabulous markets for dining and shopping, elegant hotels, and high shopping malls, etc. all easy to walk to from the apartment. The host was very warm and accommodating, never intrusive and always available. Due to unexpected travel delays, we arrived several hours later than expected, and she made special arrangements in the evening to have someone meet us to let us in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Elegant and spacious apartment has two terraces with views to the park and the Prado. It’s a 10 minute walk to the train station and easy to walk to the highlights of Madrid. Communication was prompt and I was able to check in early!

Amazing trip to Madrid

Amazing location across street from world famous Prado Museum!
spent a amazing time I. Madrid in a fabulous location near (walking distance$ to many first rate attractions, such as the best museums, Atocha train station, Poeta del Sola nd Plaza Mayor, Gran via. Only issue I had with the apartment was that it was a bit dated and living room a bit cluttered with excess furniture; I had to move a couple of chairs to the side as they blocked entrance to bedroom. The bed was very low (as it sits under a sloped very low ceiling so every morning when getting out of bed I had to remember to e careful so as mot to bump my head on the ceiling. Other than that, I highly recommend this apartment. The host was responsive and accommodating.

Wonderful location!
This cute “60’s ish” apartment is perfectly located near museums, parks, and great restaurants. We particularly liked El Botánico, but found others that had adventuresome foods as well. Owner Rosario was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The condo is cozy and homey with books and artwork as well as comfy chairs.

In the Heart of it All
We really enjoyed our stay at Rosario’s place in Madrid. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet and beautiful. It really felt like our home away from home. Our host was responsive and very pleasant. The balconies that over look the fountains, museums and promenade were beautiful. We loved the location that is literally across the street from the Prado Museum and down the street from many others. Beautiful Retiro park is also across the way giving you access to so many incredible experiences. We would definitely stay here again!
