Madrazo II \*\* This apartment could be rented for long or medium stays. It could be rented also for short stays, always in accordance with the LAU regulations as "different use of housing", and rentals for tourist purposes are not allowed. The rent must be for work / personal / family reasons, etc., and the person who rents the property must reside outside of Madrid, and it can never be used as a permanent residence (only as temporary residence). The registration in any government office is not allowed. \*\* The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful classic renovated building with a lift and one apartment per floor. It is more than 200 m2 property, and offers a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The access to the apartment is through a 20 m2 entrance hall which leads to a large 50 m2 living room with 4 balconies facing De Los Madrazo street, a living area with a sofa, armchairs and 65" Smart TV, and an area with a dining table for up to 8 people. The hall also leads to a spacious kitchen (more than 20 m2) which is fully equipped with everything you need. It also has several windows facing the central patio of the building. The bedrooms are also facing the patio, but at the same time have a lot of light as they have south orientation.Two of the bedrooms have two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and the other has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). Moreover two of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, and there is a third independent adjoining bathroom. The building has a community gym area with exercise machines at the disposal of the clients who stay in the apartment. The Madrazo area is one of the most luxurious and exclusive in Madrid, but being a very quiet street. The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website. \*\* For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. Very large apartment (2000 sq feet) in a safe and secure neighborhood and apartment house. Some city street noise during the day but the bedrooms face interior courtyards and are very, very quiet. The heat/ac controls are for central HVAC which is very nice and very unusual in my experience in Europe. Two bedrooms reasonably sized and a third with two twin beds. Good bathrooms. Having just left, I wish we would have stayed longer. The apartment is beautiful and the location can't be beat. The bedrooms are very quiet even though the apartment is located right in the middle of things. An easy walk to everywhere you want to be. The best part of the experience was working with Maria. She constantly went out of her way to help us, even when we thought we left something in the apartment. Her communication and help in setting things up for us made the entire process so easy.
