Madrazo III \*\* This apartment could be rented for long or medium stays. It could be rented also for short stays, always in accordance with the LAU regulations as "different use of housing", and rentals for tourist purposes are not allowed. The rent must be for work / personal / family reasons, etc., and the person who rents the property must reside outside of Madrid, and it can never be used as a permanent residence (only as temporary residence). The registration in any government office is not allowed. \*\* The apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful classic renovated building with a lift and one apartment per floor. It is more than 200 m2 property, and offers a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The access to the apartment is through a 20 m2 entrance hall which leads to a large 50 m2 living room with 4 balconies facing De Los Madrazo street, a living area with a sofa, armchairs and 65" Smart TV, and an area with a dining table for up to 8 people. The hall also leads to a spacious kitchen (more than 20 m2) which is fully equipped with everything you need. It also has several windows facing the central patio of the building. The bedrooms are also facing the patio, but at the same time have a lot of light as they have south orientation.Two of the bedrooms have two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and the other has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). Moreover two of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, and there is a third independent adjoining bathroom. The building has a community gym area with exercise machines at the disposal of the tenants who stay in the apartment. The Madrazo area is one of the most luxurious and exclusive in Madrid, but being a very quiet street. The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website. \*\* For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. Super clean, cozy and had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were really comfortable, bathrooms had soft towels and all the necessities, and the kitchen was nicely supplied. The property manager met us at the apartment for check in and that process was super easy. The location of the apartment was one of the best features. Walking distance from Sol, the Prado Museum, El Retiro Park, Gran Via and so much more. Highly recommend this wonderful apartment!! ##### Jill K. Catalina was friendly, professional and efficient. She kept us updated with the check-in process and made it easy! Muchas Gracias, Catalina! The apartment was clean and pleasant. The location was superb, just a few minutes away from Gran Via with lots of shopping and wide array of restaurants. There was enough clean towels and paper goods for a 4-day stay but would definitely need more for a longer stay. Madrid was hot during our stay but the apartment provided a cool oasis for relaxing after a steamy day of sightseeing with their super-duper central air!!! Our only suggestion is for the master bedroom to include a dresser or a desk and chair. Not a big deal, we used one of the chairs in the dining room. Altogether, a wonderful stay! ##### Melissa W. Great layout with the entry, living space, and kitchen in the front of the apartment and all the bedrooms in the back away from the street and common rooms. Very quiet for sleeping. The apartment is the only one on its floor and the elevator comes directly to the apartment door. It is in a Lovely neighborhood in the center of all the Madrid “must-see attractions.” The apartment is just as shown in the photos and the check in/check out went smoothly. They asked our arrival time to be able to meet us at the apartment and we confirmed our arrival time an hour in advance. And of course, walking distance to the lovely Parque del Retiro. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable for 6\. Catalina was helpful and professional. I would suggest better supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms to make the stay more comfortable. There were few glasses and mugs in the kitchen and not enough for all 6 of us. We had to wash out constantly although there was a dishwasher. Nothing was provided to wrap extra food. In the bathrooms, there was one large and one small towel per person for a week but since there was no automatic dryer, they didn't dry quickly enough. A few extra towels would have been nice. And we had to ask for extra toilet paper and extra laundry detergent during our stay since not enough was supplied. Other than this, we would be delighted to stay again in such a lovely, luxurious apartment. ##### Jane M. The 3 bedrooms were spacious, as was the kitchen and living room. Walking distance to most of Madrid biggest landmarks, museum and Sol. The property is very well maintained and very roomy. We were a family of 6 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The check-in process was super easy with Maria and she was very soon to respond to any concerns we had. My only issue was the beds were not hotel quality but rather lower level quality bed. If they had better beds I would rate this property a10/10\. But besides that we had an amazing stay with a friendly staff. 9/10\. ##### Carlos D. Spacious, Comfortable, Quiet, Great Location Our family group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very large and in a great location, just off a busy street. It's easy to get anywhere in Madrid from the apartment. We appreciated the Starbucks for breakfast just up the street and lots of shopping, restaurants and sites nearby. Management was really exceptional. Any question was answered promptly and they were incredibly kind. It was clear that they want their guests to have an exceptional stay in the apartment and we did. The apartment is very spacious for 6 people. We enjoyed staying here and it is very close to most tourist area.
