The bedrooms offer silence and tranquillity, away from the noise of the streets.It has a very luminous living room with a wide seating area, including a sofa bed for 2 guests, a flat screen smart TV with internet connection, and nice balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, vitroceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, utensils and full tableware, and it has a wide dining area.The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and a total capacity for 6 guests with the living room sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed formed by two adjacent twin beds, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the second bathroom is located on the hallway. There are plenty of closets in the hallway and bedrooms, and the entire apartment has been recently renovated with materials of the highest quality. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, and free, private WiFi with optic fiber connection.The building has concierge and it is surrounded by restaurants and shops, and walking distance from the main leisure area of the Salamanca district. Clean and Functional Apartment Everything was great. We loved the apartment building and the neighborhood. The management is very helpful. The only warning I would list- because this is the only way you will know- is the unit above my bedroom was being renovated starting at 8 am every morning- constant hammering, sawing, and drilling- All. Day. Long. Because it rained sideways for 8 days, we did not leave early AM to enjoy the parks as planned, so the noise was noticeable. According to neighbors, other units are scheduled for renovation, so you might avoid the building this spring/summer or ask about the status of construction projects, especially the one above this unit, before booking. ##### karen k.
