It has a terrace with a table and a few chairs for a good breakfast to start the day.  
  
It has an open kitchen, equipped with washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob and a fridge with a freezer.  
It also has an smart Tv, toaster and a kettle.  
  
It's well located, at 20 minutes walking distance to the train station Coslada Central, where you could go to the centre easily.  
It is well placed for the airport,Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas.  
The neighborhood is ideal, it's a residence area, calm and safe, with free parkings spots right in front of the door.  
  
At 5 minutes walking you have a supermarket and in the same street there is a public swimming pool.
