    Historic building with high ceilings (3m), fully restored while preserving original features such as iron pillars and wooden doors on the large windows. The building is very quiet, as there are only two units per floor.

    The entire apartment faces the street. The main area (living room and one bedroom) overlooks the quiet San Lucas Street. The other bedroom and the bathroom open onto a lovely courtyard.

    Perfect location, right in the heart of the city centre but on a very quiet and peaceful semi-pedestrian street. In addition, the entire apartment (walls, floor, and ceiling) is soundproofed, so peace and quiet are guaranteed.

    Very well connected: Chueca Metro station is 300m away and Alonso Martínez is 500m away. The Recoletos commuter train station (direct line to the airport) is 500 metres away.
