It's ideal for those who need to spend some time in Madrid and want to stay in the very center. The apartment accommodates up to 3 people and features one bedroom with a large double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. It includes a full bathroom, a living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with: fridge and freezer, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, plates and cutlery, glasses, pots, and cooking utensils. Among the apartment's amenities, you'll find a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating throughout the entire space. It’s the perfect place to make your home during your time in Madrid. Bed linens, towels, and welcome toiletries for the first few days are also provided as a courtesy. THE AREAThe apartment is in a privileged location, right next to Gran Vía, in the very heart of Spain’s capital. Gran Vía is the avenue every Madrileño walks down at least once a week.
