Fully renovated and equipped apartment with high-quality materials, designed for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Madrid. It has two bedrooms: one with a 150 cm bed and a loft bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, creating a cozy atmosphere for a good rest.

The living room is spacious and comfortable, featuring a chaise lounge sofa, Smart TV, and a work area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances — refrigerator, freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, blender, toaster, pots, pans, and complete tableware — allowing you to prepare your meals with total comfort.

The apartment is very quiet and located in a stately building, making it an ideal place to call home during your stay in Madrid. Perfect for families or anyone looking for a functional and welcoming space.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels, air conditioning, heating, and complimentary toiletries. A place designed to make you feel at home and enjoy your time in the city.

AREA

Right in front is the IE Business School, so it is an ideal place to stay while you carry out your training.

Also close to the exit for the A2 motorway and Paseo de La Castellana, so it is also a great place to move around with the car. Private parking a few meters away, Parking Indigo María de Molina in Calle María de Molina 48.

The elevator does not work. Be ready to lift your bags up and down to the fifth floor. The State is the one that does maintainance to the Elevators and they can't fix it on weekends.
