    Beautiful recently renovated apartment located in the heart of the Lavapiés neighborhood. This space has been designed to offer you a comfortable and functional stay, perfect for a season in Madrid.

    It features a spacious living area equipped with a double sofa bed and television — ideal for relaxing after a day of work or study. In the same space, you'll find an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with appliances and utensils for your daily needs.

    There is a separate bedroom with a comfortable 160 cm bed and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

    The flat is bright, with two balconies facing the street, and is fully furnished and equipped. It has air conditioning and heating via heat pump, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and everything you need to feel at home.

    Located in a lively and characterful neighborhood, surrounded by supermarkets, traditional and modern bars, and all kinds of services. This apartment is the perfect place to make Madrid your home during your stay.



    HOW TO MOVE

    There are, just a few minutes from the apartment, connections with the public transport system, allowing easy access to the city:

    Lavapiés Metro Station (Line 3) 200 m.

    Tirso de Molina Metro Station (Line 1) 300 m.

    Sol Metro Station (Lines 1, 2 and 3) and Renfe Cercanías at 900m. and Atocha Station (15 min/1km on foot).

We loved staying here! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location, close to everything. We enjoyed the large closet space and updated bathroom. It was very easy to communicate with them and we would come back.

I loved the fact that there were manuals for all the appliances and that there were trees right outside the two French balconies. It is very modern but still homey.

A few difficulties at first, but once we settled in, we really liked the apartment and the area. The AI generated summary is misleading - it doesn’t have “unmatched views”, just a view of the narrow street. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. Lavapies is a very characterful area with some lovely shops and restaurants, so no need to spend all your time in the centre. We walked to everywhere easily.
