Highly recommended accommodation! The apartment is beautiful, featuring a separate bedroom with an incredibly comfortable double bed. The living room and dining area are combined, and the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal. It includes a coffee maker, washing machine, fridge, stove, complete cutlery set, pots and pans, toaster, and kettle. There's ample storage space. Plates, glasses, mugs, and both red and white wine glasses are provided. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid on foot. No matter where you choose to go, a leisurely 40-minute walk is the most it will take. It's just a 5-minute walk to the very center of the city. What I especially want to commend is the rental agency's service. We had an issue where we left the key in the lock inside. The agency representative arrived within 5 minutes, and a locksmith was there in 10 minutes. From the disaster we expected, the whole problem was resolved in less than 25 minutes. Thank you so much for your kindness and helpfulness. Oh, and the apartment view! Speechless.

Buen inmueble, limpio, tranquilo, buena vista si te toca de lado que da a la Gran Via supongo que es mejor, pero bien, el check out es claro que es a las 11 am y te cobran el dejar equipaje en resguardo, en un hotel la realidad es que no te cobran el resguardo, no te explican lo de los ascensores que unos cierran a las 9 pm, estan muy viejos no ubique si hay alguien de mantenimiento en su momento si te llegas a quedar atorado en el ascensor, solo te dieron las llaves y te indican donde las dejes, pero en general no tuve ningún inconveniente.

Jose gave us local restaurants to try which was very nice. He was very patient with us considering we arrived later than expected due to missing our train.
