Our apartment features a magnificent terrace where you can enjoy breakfast each day under the Madrid sun. ¡Argensola Center is located in one of the best areas of the city—the Justicia neighborhood—just a short walk from the Alonso Martínez, Tribunal, and Colón metro stations. This wonderful two-bedroom apartment has everything you need to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable. Its greatest highlight is the spacious terrace with panoramic views of the city—perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner outdoors. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other has two single beds. In the living room, you’ll find a sofa bed for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, oven, stovetop, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils so you can prepare your favorite meals during your temporary stay in Madrid. There is also a separate dining area, apart from the living room. The entire apartment is fitted with both air conditioning and heating. Additional amenities include: free Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is located on the fifth and top floor of the building. Please note: there is no elevator, so access is via stairs only. THE AREA Justicia is one of the most elegant neighborhoods in Madrid. The magnificent architecture of its buildings is distinctive of this neighborhood. It is very central and super well connected. HOW TO GET AROUND From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas): Take Line 8 in the direction of Nuevos Ministerios. Get off at the Mar de Cristal station and, once there, transfer to Line 4 in the direction of Argüelles.Get off at the Colón station and walk to the address provided. From Atocha: Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín. Needs a complete makeover! We arrived at 3pm as requested only to find the apartment not ready due to previous tenants late. We had to go away until cleaned. The apartment had a bad smell for the 6 days we were there and we had to leave windows open all the time To say the apartment is basic is a compliment! It is in dire need of modernisation and furnishings. The toilet is in the kitchen and the water power is so poor in the shower. You have to climb over the bidet to get to the shower. There’s only one mirror in the whole place and it’s in the bathroom. The hairdryer was broken. The kitchen is very poorly stocked and so limited for workspace. The bedrooms are bare and have no dressing tables or mirrors so you have to walk along a very long passage to the bathroom mirror. There are only 2 lamps in the place and both were broken. Worst of all are the beds. Squeak all the time. Every move makes them squeak so our sleep was so poor for 6 nights The pillows are terrible. Hard and lumpy. Also the air con in twin room is noisy The lounge sofa has lots of dirty stains on it so we had to cover it with a towel to sit down The TV is Spanish tv only There is a massive step up onto the balcony which is dangerous We did not enjoy our stay here and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone We have stayed 3 times in Madrid and this is the most expensive but the worst place we have ever been. We knew about the 100 steps to climb up to it but it was so disappointing to climb them every day and reach this awful place It’s not worth half the rent they charge and should not be allowed The only positive is the location ##### MICHELLE P. Communication with Mercedes was easy - at no point was I concerned or unsure about anything. The apartment is in a very elegant, vibrant area with a wide range of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops on the doorstep. One thing to note - the apartment is at the top of the building and there's no lift, so be prepared for some exercise. All in all a perfect base for exploring Madrid.
