    This spacious studio attic is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

The team at Cava Baja suites were super professional , friendly and helpful the apartment is in a great location a few minutes from La Latina and Plaza Mayor. It&#39s clean , spacious and the beds are excellent. The complimentary cava and chocolates were a nice touch ! We will definitely stay there again.

I would definitely recommend Cava Baja Suites as a place to stay to enjoy a trip to Madrid.

The apartment is in an excellent central location, for a visit to Madrid. Easy access to the nearest metro station, cafes shops and Tapas bars. Very clean and tastefully decorated. There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Everything is perfect

There were some issues with my itinerary, but the staff here were extremely proactive and helped me find solutions. They adjusted my booking, which truly touched me, and I could really feel the warmth and hospitality of the Spanish people. Everything was excellent, and the surrounding facilities are also very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Great location, a short walk from Plaza Mayor and full of great restaurants and bars. Less than one minute walk to the Metro. With a grocery store around the corner, having a kitchen was a plus. I stayed with my two teenagers, and the space was just right for us.

La cama era muy cómoda, se descansa muy bien. Ubicacion inmejorable cerca de todo y muy proxima a las tascas de la cava baja. El acceso muy facil, lugar tranquilo por las noches, muy seguro. Las fotos del lugar son tal cual se ven en la pagina. Volveria sin dudarlo. Nada, todo estuvo perfecto.
