Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Cava Baja street), right in the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and best-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment (third floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.



Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.



It was inaugurated in March 2024.

Estadía perfecta en Madrid!

Nos encantó este sitio, la ubicación es perfecta cerca a una de las mejores zonas para comer y tapear en Madrid y muy cerca también de la Catedral de Almudena, el Palacio real, Parque del Rio, plaza Mayor, gran vía, etc. Fuimos a todos esos sitios caminando. El ambiente del barrio es muy alegre pero aún así no se siente el ruido dentro del apartamento. La atención fue maravillosa, responden muy rápido y son muy amables. El sitio está recién remodelado y todo nos funcionó muy bien, aunque no tuve necesidad de cocinar. Muchas gracias por el detalle que nos dejaron!

Ho soggiornato in un fantastico B&B nel cuore di Madrid e non posso fare a meno di raccomandarlo. La posizione è davvero ideale: a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche come Plaza Mayor. La struttura è accogliente e ben curata, con stanze pulite, dotate di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Se cercate un luogo tranquillo, ben posizionato e con un servizio impeccabile, questo B&B è la scelta ideale per esplorare Madrid. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

Excelente ubicación y servicios. Es perfecto para pasar unos días en Madrid y aprovechar para ir a los bares y restaurantes que hay por la zona que son muchos y muy buenos! César fue muy servicial y amable en todo momento, respondió rápidamente nuestras consultas y le agradecemos mucho que al ingresar nos dejara agua, bombones y champagne.
