201 The apartment has two bedrooms and the living room has two balconies overlooking the street. All floors are marble and soft tones contrast with the bold blue paint. Both bedrooms are located inside the building ensuring tranquility. The second bedroom has a single bed and spacious wardrobes and the master bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 1.90) with fitted wardrobes.   
  
It has 70m2 and is located on the second floor. The entrance leads to spacious living room. Furnished with a three seater sofa, two armchairs, a wooden coffee table, shelving with LCD TV and DVD and wooden dining table for four. Bathroom with shower.
