So accommodating and so clean

We had a great stay. This room was so clean. The location is great and located perfectly next to gran via metro which is a very well connected metro for getting around Madrid. They held our bags at the main office until check in so we could walk around without luggage.

The small room was very clean and you get 2 clean towels that is very thin and barely dries you up after a shower. The hot water was not reliable and available only on 1 day out of our 3 day stay. If cold showers are your thing, this place is it! Thry control the AC temp. It was set close to 80F. This was 167euro a night. The walls are paper thin. We informed management about fresh towels and cold showers. Neither was addressed. Fresh towels were not delivered. Look else where.

Clean room in a great location!

This was a very clean and comfortable stay in a great location. It is above a few floors above a bar, but even on a Friday night we were able to leave the window open and there was not enough noise to bother us. Only issue we had was checking in, but only because we got there after 6pm. We had to haul our bags a few blocks to get our keys, but the host had very clear instructions. Would stay again!

Please read description of room size!! (I failed to do so) Photos are slightly deceptive. Room is tiny and almost impossible for 2 people. Redeeming factor is location.
